Fran offers on-site drawings that range from simple layouts, say for a work studio or second bath, to interior elevations to all the sketches needed to get estimates for a whole-house remodel. 

She arrives with tracing paper and measuring tools in hand, and sketches your options. It's a fun, hands-on process that will help you get clear on next steps. She’s a quick draw, charges reasonable rates, and usually leaves clients with a number of sketches. If you go with one of the schemes, or a variation, she can connect you with excellent draftspeople and/or engineers. 

If you can take rough measurements or get “as built” drawings beforehand, that’s always helpful, but she can do those as well. Halperin and Christ no longer offer full sets of drawings for permits, but with 25 years of experience working with the county and every city in Marin, we can walk you through all the steps. If you’re putting in cabinets, windows, electrical, etc., Eric can come by and answer questions before or during construction. He is also available to look at pending house purchases for potential construction and design issues.
